I started Doctor Plunger because I was tired of seeing customers pushed into work they didn't need, quoted one price and charged another, or left waiting all day for a plumber who never showed. I wanted to run the kind of business I'd want turning up at my own place.
These days I specialise in drainage — blocked drains, CCTV camera inspections, high pressure jetting, pipe relining and drain repairs — alongside the general and emergency plumbing that keeps a home running. I invest in proper equipment because guessing costs you money, and I'd rather show you the footage than ask you to take my word for it.
When you call, you get me. I'll tell you what's wrong, what it costs, and what happens if you leave it. Then it's your call.

This came out of a single blocked sewer line in Melbourne's inner north. Old clay pipes and mature street trees are a classic combination around here — and once roots find a hairline crack, they don't stop. We cut them out, camera the line and show you exactly what condition the pipe is in before recommending anything further.
